By registering an account on 1031, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1031 immediately through the available support channels. 1031 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow third parties to use your account for wagering purposes. Accounts found to be shared or accessed by multiple individuals may be suspended pending investigation.
All transactions on the 1031 platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash and other local options listed on the Finance page. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs promptly for GCash transactions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete on your account. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are detailed on the Finance page — please review these before initiating any transfer. 1031 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All wagers placed on 1031 are final once confirmed, and no cancellations or amendments are permitted after a bet has been accepted by the system. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent market movements. 1031 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or clear pricing mistakes that resulted in odds materially different from fair market value. Any attempt to exploit errors, use automated betting software, engage in arbitrage abuse, or collude with other players to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. Players are expected to engage with sports wagering and casino-style games in a personal, recreational capacity only. Accounts showing patterns consistent with professional or syndicated wagering activity may be restricted or closed at 1031's discretion.
You must not use the 1031 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: using false identity documents or impersonating another person; attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with platform systems; using the platform to launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions; creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses more than once; and engaging in any form of collusion or match-fixing. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited. 1031 cooperates fully with Philippine authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected financial crime or fraud.

1031 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party data feeds used for sports wagering markets. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1031 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical outages, delayed withdrawals due to payment provider issues, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the 1031 platform should first be raised through our support channels so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally and efficiently. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.
